WARRANTY

Your WENGER® Footwear is warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials for a period of 36 months from the date of original purchase. If your WENGER Footwear needs repair or replacement due to defect in workmanship or materials, simply follow the instructions below to contact the WENGER footwear warranty department.

Limitations on warranty: The warranty on your WENGER Footwear is limited to the warranty set forth above. Such warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear or to abuse, negligence, improper repairs, alterations, modifications or if your WENGER boots/shoes are used other than in the manner intended. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the description on the face above. Additional guarantees from W.L.Gore apply to WENGER footwear that incorporates the company’s GORE-TEX features. Details are included with your footwear.

Warranty Return Procedure
  1. Please fill out the warranty questionnaire provided and click submit.
  2. The WENGER Footwear warranty department will review the information you submit and contact you within 5 business days with further instructions.
  3. Any product returned without original receipt or proof of purchase will not be covered under the WENGER Footwear Warranty.

Q1: What will happen if I send my product directly to WENGER Footwear without a Return Authorization Form?
Your product with be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Q2: What are the limitations of the 36-Month Warranty?
This means the product will be free of manufacture defects during this time period. As products are used they show signs of wear and tear. Wear and tear is not covered under the WENGER Footwear Warranty.

Q3: Who pays for shipping?
The owner pays for shipping to the WENGER Footwear warranty department. If your product is deemed defective and is replaced with a new pair, WENGER Footwear will pay to have the product shipped back to you via UPS Ground. This will be stated in the Return Authorization Form. If the product is deemed non-defective WENGER Footwear will ship the shoes back to you at your expense.

Q4: Why do I need to provide credit card information on the Return Authorization Form?
To pay for the return shipping of your product if damage is not due to a manufacturer's defect.

Q5: How long does it take to get my product back?
WENGER Footwear estimates up to 2 weeks (depending on the time of year) to inspect products after they are received. This does not include the shipping time, holidays or any delays due to catastrophe.

Q6: How can I determine the status of my return?

Q7: What if I do not have proof of purchase or original receipt?
Your product will not be replaced or repaired.
